Marsha Zulim Bowers, of Zulim Bowers Designs (located in Fresno, California) has come up with a novel idea. She's created beautiful plaster designs that resemble small nature scenes etched in stone. With a combination of plaster and stencils she has true masterpieces at her fingertips. These beautiful intricate designs consist mainly of birds and foliage. What makes these pieces so unique is just that, the intricacy of the embossed image unlike other plaster/stencil combinations I've come across.
A bit about the artist:
Marsha Zulim Bowers was born and raised in the Central Valley of California. Being in close proximity to the beautiful scenery of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the coast range played an important role in influencing her art style. Her art reflects the beauty and romance of her surroundings. Some of her favorite subjects to paint are landscapes, flowers, garden scenes, wildlife, birds, and seascapes.

Marsha's stencil designs are derived from some of her canvas work.
